The terms and conditions set forth below govern the use of services offered using the site. Users are advised to read carefully and agree to the terms and conditions that have been set.
All payments must be 100% completed in order to process your order.
There are no refunds or cancellations after the payment is made.

Deliveries & Pick Up
All deliveries via Corica Couriers must be ordered (and paid) max 10.00 am for delivery same day and max at 17.00 pm for next day delivery or 1 day before delivery date.
All orders made outside of operating hours will be processed on the next working day.
All cakes/strudels can only be delivered via Corica Couriers and are limited to Jabodetabek , Surabaya & Sidoarjo area.
For orders to Bogor / Bandung / Malang, deliveries will be using PAXEL services - for selected products only.
Deliveries via Corica Couriers will be delivered between (10AM-6PM) on requested date. Please ask our staff if you have a request time, and we will do our best to assist you.
For Pick Up services, please contact/chat with our customer service, to avoid delays.
